2025年度JACET関西の支部大会を下記の要領で開催いたします。前年度に続いて、発表・参加ともに完全対面での開催を予定しております。今回は「発表申込」のお知らせとなります。生成AIが急速に進化を遂げる現在、英語教育界において私たちはどのように向き合い、どのように教育の可能性を切り拓いていけるのか、いっしょに考える機会にしませんか？皆様、ふるってご応募ください。

１． 日程・発表方式・会場
日時：2026年3月7日（土）13:00～17:00（予定）
発表方式：完全対面実施

２． 大会テーマ
「AI時代に求められる英語力：実践と評価」
（主に大会テーマに関する発表を募りますが、他にも幅広く英語教育に関するテーマについての発表も歓迎します。）

３． 発表形態
本年度は、①と②に加えて、③④の形態も予定しております。皆様の様々な形態でのご発表を期待しております。

① 研究発表（発表20分　＋　質疑応答10分）
理論的、実証的な研究成果などに関する発表 | Presentations on theoretical and practical studies

② 実践報告（発表20分　＋　質疑応答10分）
授業実践やカリキュラム開発などに関する発表 | Presentations on classroom activities and curriculum development

③ ワークショップ（70分）
参加者によるタスク実践を含む発表 | Presentations including tasks for the participants

④ コロキアム（70分）
数名の発表者による議論 | Discussion by the presenters on the specific theme

４． 応募条件
① すべての形態の発表について、発表者（共同発表の場合は第一発表者）は、JACET会員であること。
② 非会員の方が、個人発表をされる場合、または共同発表で第一発表者である場合は、応募前に下記より入会手続きを行うこと。

③ JACET会員は、今年度の学会費を支払っていること。または、11月30日までに支払う予定があること。
④ JACET非会員の共同発表者は、大会参加費を支払うこと。
⑤ 発表内容は原則未発表のものであることとするが、既発表の内容に関する発表については、その旨明示すること。
⑥ 発表言語は英語または日本語であること。

＊応募は1人1件とするが、それ以外に、他者を第一発表者とする共同発表の共同発表者になることは妨げない。
＊共同発表において、第一発表者以外の共同発表者は、臨席が難しい場合は当日の臨席義務はないものとする。

2025年10月1日（水）～2025年11月30日（日）23:59 (JST)

６． 応募方法
発表申込フォーム、https://forms.gle/XRf9iLTh542kNDMB6　よりお申し込みください。大学院生の会員による応募も歓迎いたします。審査結果は、2026年1月中（予定）にE-mailにて通知予定です。また、必要に応じて修正依頼の連絡を差し上げます。なお、審査結果通知後の辞退は原則としてできません。

７． 発表要旨
要旨は日本語で発表の場合は300～400字以内、英語での発表の場合は300語以内で簡潔に作成してください。審査はJACET関西支部研究企画委員会にて、下記の観点から行われます。参考文献の記載は不要です。
① 研究発表（研究目的、研究方法、分析結果、教育的示唆など）
② 実践報告（実践目的、実践方法、結果、教育的示唆など）
③ ワークショップ（研究・実践に関する発表内容の有用性、参加者が行うタスクの意義、効果、教育的価値など）
④ コロキアム（議論するテーマの意義、重要性、参加者の関心度など）

Notice of Application for Presentation at the 2025 JACET Kansai Chapter Conference

The 2025 JACET Kansai Chapter Conference will be held as outlined below. Both presentations and participation will take place entirely face-to-face. This announcement concerns the application for presentations. With generative AI evolving rapidly, let us take this opportunity to think together how we should respond in the field of English education, and how we can open up new possibilities for teaching. We warmly invite your applications.

  1. Date, Format, and Venue
    • Date & Time: Saturday, March 7, 2026, 13:00–17:00 (planned)
    • Format: Entirely face-to-face
    • Venue: Osaka Seikei University, Ekimae Campus (2 minutes on foot from Hankyu Kyoto Line Aikawa Station)

  2. Conference Theme
    “English Competence in the AI Age – Aspects of Practice and Evaluation”
    (We are mainly seeking presentations related to the conference theme, but those on a wide range of topics in English education are also welcome.)
  3. Presentation Types
    This year’s conference will include the following four types of presentations:
  4. Research Presentations (20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)
    Presentations on theoretical and empirical research results
  5. Practical Reports (20 minutes + 10 minutes Q&A)
    Presentations on classroom practices and curriculum development
  6. Workshops (70 minutes)
    Presentations including tasks for the participants
  7. Colloquia (70 minutes)
    Discussions by several presenters on a specific theme
  8. Eligibility
  9. For all types of presentations, the primary presenters, whether in an individual or in joint presentations, must be JACET members.
  10. Non-members who wish to present individually, or serve as the primary presenters in joint presentations, must complete the membership application beforehand:

  11. JACET members must have paid the current year’s membership fee or commit to paying it by November 30, 2025.
  12. Co-presenters in joint presentations who are not JACET members are required to pay the participation fee for the Conference.
  13. Presentations must be based on unpublished work. If the content has been previously presented, this must be clearly indicated.
  14. Presentations should be delivered in either English or Japanese.
  • Each presenter may submit only one application; however, one may serve as a co-presenter in a joint presentation if he or she is not the primary presenter.
  • In a joint presentation, co-presenters are not required to be present at the presentation if attendance is difficult.

    Applications from graduate student members are also welcome. Results of the review will be notified by e-mail in January 2026 (planned). If necessary, requests for revision will be sent. Please note that withdrawal after notification of results is not permitted in principle.
  3. Presentation Abstract
    • For presentations in Japanese: 300–400 characters
    • For presentations in English: up to 300 words
    Abstracts will be reviewed by the JACET Kansai Chapter Research Planning Committee according to the following criteria. A list of references is not required.
  4. Research Presentations: research purpose, method, results, and educational implications
  5. Practical Reports: purpose, method, results, and educational implications
  6. Workshops: usefulness of research/practice, significance, effect, and educational value of participant tasks
  7. Colloquia: significance and importance of the discussion theme, level of participant interest
