演題：「英語教育論文執筆ガイド：論文投稿・掲載のコツとヒント」
講師：廣森　友人 先生（明治大学）
概要：本発表では，発表者がこれまでに経験してきた論文の執筆・投稿・査読・編集・指導に基づき，論文採択に向けた留意点やアドバイスについて，具体例を挙げながらお話したいと思います。論文を執筆・投稿するというのは，陸上の競技会や音楽のコンクールに参加することに似ています。まずは地区大会（論文で言えば，地区学会誌）で結果を残し，全国大会（全国誌）に出場し，いつかはアジア大会，あるいは世界大会（国際誌）を目指す場合もあるでしょう。後者ほどレベルが高くなるのは言うまでもありませんが，いずれの大会においても，結果を残すにはまずもって，その分野の「型」や「作法」を身につける必要があります（型を身につけてこそ，「型破り」なパフォーマンスができるのであって，型がなければ，単なる「形無し」です）。本発表では，論文執筆に係る「型」や「作法」を紹介することを通じて，参加者の皆さんが実際に論文を執筆してみたくなるような機会になることを目指したいと思います。

Title: “Writing a Research Paper in English Education: A Step-by-Step Guide”
Lecturer: Professor HIROMORI, Tomohito (Meiji University)　
Abstract: In this presentation, I will provide tips and advice on how to get your paper accepted, drawing on my extensive experience in writing, submitting, reviewing, editing, and teaching papers in English education. Writing a paper is similar to competing in a track and field or music competition. You start at the regional level, which in the case of a paper, means submitting it to a regional journal. As you progress, you move on to the national level (submitting it to a national journal) and then to global levels (submitting it to an international journal). To succeed in this process, it is crucial to master the “pattern” and “manner” of the field. During this presentation, you will learn a variety of tips that will help you write your paper and increase your chances of getting it accepted.
Fee: JACET member and nonmember, free. All participants need to pre-register.
